Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you full command over your mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a brand new email box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your mailbox accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox account you want to forward email messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
